Andy llanes Bulto, born on March 4, 1987 in San Antonio de los Baños, Province of Havana, Cuba. From an early age, Andy wanted to be a painter and very soon his skills became evident. At the age of 15, he entered the prestigious "Eduardo Abela" Academy of Fine Arts, where he graduated with outstanding results in the specialty of painting in 2006. Then, eager to deepen and perfect his knowledge, he presented himself to the admission exams for The Superior Institute of Art (ISA), the most important institution of the Arts in Cuba. He was accepted among a large number of applicants. Throughout his 5 year career, he remained very active participating in exhibitions and projects in Cuba and out until graduating in 2012. He currently lives and works in Havana, Cuba creating work of an excellent Formal and conceptual quality. Andy works on two fundamental series, the first one, called "Underskin", which offers some hyperrealistic portraits where it shows concerns for the individuality of the human being and the feeling that people may or may not have "under their skin". The second series entitled "Lunar", maintains the interest in the anatomy, this time linked to the Moon and the relationship that exists in many ways between that star and humanity. The result is balanced, harmonious pieces, loaded with beautiful poetry that catches you. His works are located in private collections in different countries such as  England, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Brazil, Mexico, and the United States. Andy belongs to the Association of Painters, Sculptors, and Engravers of the Taylor Foundation in Paris, France.

Nacido el 4 de Marzo de 1987 en San Antonio de los Baños, Provincia Havana, Cuba. Desde pequeño quiso ser pintor y muy pronto sus aptitudes se hicieron evidentes. Con sólo 15 años ingresó en la prestigiosa Academia de Artes Plásticas "Eduardo Abela", donde se gradúa con resultados sobresalientes en la especialidad de pintura en el año 2006. Luego, deseoso de profundizar y perfeccionar sus conocimientos se presenta a los exámenes de admisión para el Instituto Superior de Arte (ISA), la institución más importante de las Artes en Cuba. Fue aceptado entre un gran número de aplicantes y durante toda su carrera de 5 años se mantuvo muy activo participando en exposiciones y proyectos en Cuba y fuera de Cuba hasta graduarse en el 2012. Actualmente vive y trabaja en La Habana haciendo una obra es de una excelente calidad formal y conceptual. Trabaja dos series fundamentales, en la primera, llamada "Underskin" nos muestra unos retratos hiperrealistas donde es evidente su preocupación por la indivualidad del ser humano y los sentimientos que pueden, o no, tener las personas "bajo su piel". Con "Lunar", su otra línea de trabajo; mantiene el interés hacia la anatomía, esta vez ligada a la Luna y a la relación que existe en muchos sentidos entre ese astro y la humanidad. El resultado son piezas equilibradas, armónicas, cargadas de una hermosa poesía que te atrapa. Sus obras se encuentran en colecciones privadas en países como Inglaterra, España, Italia, Alemania, Francia, Brasil, México y Estados Unidos. Pertenece a la Asociación de Pintores, Escultores y Grabadores de la Fundación Taylor en Paris, Francia.
